- Perimeter of the rectangle = 2(l + b) units
- Area of the rectangle = l × b sq. units.

The perimeter of rectangle = 940 unit
Breadth (b) = 140 unit
The perimeter of rectangle = 2l + 2b
940 = 2l + 2(140)
940 = 2l + 280
2l = 940 - 280
2l = 660
L = 660/2
L = 330
