A phrase is a group (or pairing) of words in English. A phrase can be short or long, but it does not include the subject-verb pairing necessary to make a clause. Some examples of phrases include: after the meal (prepositional phrase) the nice neighbor (noun phrase)
There are five different kinds of phrases.

So it is obvious that there may be a number of reasons that may be related to seeing the truth. As seeing the darkest lights of the day is something that is related to seeing the truth, so it is important to mention one point that is most important.
When speaking of the darkest hour during the day and seeing the lights, it is obvious that you are speaking of getting familiar with facts. So in order to get familiar with the fact, no matter how harsh it may be, it is obvious that we need to depend on our hope and effort, as compared to any other factor.
So, it is our hope and effort that may help us keep going on even through these hard times.

FRUITS
TREES PROVIDE FOOD
An apple tree can yield up to 15-20 bushels of fruit per year and can be planted on the tiniest urban lot. Aside from fruit for humans, trees provide food for birds and wildlife.
We are all aware of apples, oranges and the countless other fruits and nuts provided by trees.
animals also eat much of the same fruit that we enjoy .
