1)Bamboo bridge is traditionally made bridge, while cement bridge is modern bridge
2) Bamboo may be less strong , cement bridge is so strong bridge as compared to bamboo bridge.
3) Bamboo bridge exist only short period of time as compared to cement bridge , cement bridge exist for long period of time.

A bridge is a structure to cross an open space or gap. Bridges are mostly useful for crossing rivers, valleys, or roads by vehicles but people have also used bridges for a long time for walking.
