Sense organs allow animals to sense changes in the environment around them and in their bodies so that they can respond appropriately. Some animals can sense electric and magnetic fields. All sense organs respond to stimuli by producing nerve impulses that travel to the brain via a sensory nerve. They are controlled by five sense organs: the ears, eyes, nose, skin and tongue. The ears, eyes, nose, tongue and skin are the five sense organs. Click on the pictures to find out more about each human sense! Animals rely on some senses more than others.

Trolleys are an incredibly practical material handling solution for transporting both light and heavy items. They increase warehouse efficiency by allowing employees too quickly and efficiently load, transport and locate items. Trolleys are used in airports and some large railway stations for passengers to carry their luggage. Deposits are not refundable. A trolley can also be a tea-trolley. This is a small trolley used traditionally in the house for plates, cups, saucers and sandwiches and cakes for afternoon tea.

The dictionary definition of migratory bird is a bird that travels from one place to another at regular times often over long distances. Most native bird species (birds naturally occurring in the United States) belong to a protected family and are therefore protected by the Migratory Bird Treaty Act. Birds migrate to move from areas of low or decreasing resources to areas of high or increasing resources. The two primary resources being sought are food and nesting locations. At least 4,000 species of bird are regular migrants. That's about 40 per cent of the world's total. But some parts of the world have a higher proportion of migrants than others. In far northern regions, such as Canada or Scandinavia, most species migrate south to escape winter.

Root words help us figure out the origin and meaning of the language we use today. In the same way, knowing our "roots" help us figure out our origins and our purpose. We all come from somewhere, and we all mean something; because of our strong roots, we can become great trees (figuratively). A family tree is a chart that maps lineage, usually of a particular person, as far back as records allow. A family tree often begins with the current generation and works backwards. A family tree can also mean starting with the oldest known generation and working forwards.
