There was a lady named mrs.Packeletide and she was getting stressed and jealous because on of her friend named Loona Bimberton had an highlighted name in the newspaper just because she had flew in the aeroplane for 11 miles with a Algerial navigator.she also wanted to get such a fame and name so she satarted thinking on how she she could excecute this plan and outshine loona Bimberton.After some time she came up with an idea of killing a tiget and she searched into a village where there was an old tiger and she could kill her very easily.she told the villagers to get a setup for her so that she could kill the tiger very easily.she also said to the villagers that she would pay to the villagers for that.she also decided to keep a paid cimpanion with her and her name was miss Mebbin.she would also pay to her.she told the villagers to keep a goat for the purpouse of attracting the tiger.she was standing on a tree and a goat was tied to a tree which gave a very clear sight to her about the tiger.the goats noise was so loud that even a deaf tiger would hear it and fortunatley that old and weak tiger arrived near the goat.but now as he was very weak and was counting his last breaths he just sat beside the goat.Now mrs Packletide shooted with her rifle but the shot was mis aimed and got hit to the goat instead of the tiger.as the tiger was very old he could not bear that large sound produced because of the bullets sound and his heart failed and fortunatley he too died. This became a moment for the celebration for the villagers and they admured mrs packletide.day after that her name was in the newspaper and this was sighted by her friend Loona Bimberton.she send a tigers brooch for making Loona jealous and she also invited her but she refused to go.

The authout vikram seth makes upon the dialouges of the frog saying that "the nightangle was brainless". This is because that she would always listen to the frog.she didnt have the judgement of recognizing her own talent and she would listen and follow the frog blindly.

First chapter is Two Gentlemen of Verona In this chapter it is given that two boys named Nicola And Jacopo aged 12 and 14 years does much hardwork like a gentlemen.They does many works like selling fruits,Polishing shoes , selling newspaper and many small works of tourists. They are shabby in clothes and does not expend much money on their living. They spend this money for their sister Lucia who is suffering from tuberculosis of spine.
