उपभोक्‍ता संरक्षण अधिनियम - उपभोक्‍ता संरक्षण अधिनियम 1986 व्‍यापार और उद्योग के शोषण से उन लोगों के अधिकारों और हितों को बचाने के लिए बनाया गया था जो किसी न किसी प्रकार से उपभोक्‍ता है। इस अधिनियम के अनुसार कोई भी व्‍यक्ति, जो अपने प्रयोग हेतु वस्‍तुएं एवं सेवाएं खरीदता है उपभोक्‍ता है।
