Correction in question,
L.H.S. = (4pq+3q)2- (4pq-3q)2
= (4pq + 3q + 4pq - 3q) (4pq + 3q - 4pq + 3q) [Using identity a2-b2=(a+b)(a-b)]
= (8 pq ) (6q)
= 48pq2
