Determiners are words that comes at the beginning of the noun hence basically introduces a noun. They determines noun, that is whether a noun is specific or general. A determiner, also called determinative, is a word, phrase, or affix that occurs together with a noun or noun phrase and serves to express the reference of that noun or noun phrase in the context. There are four types of determiner words in the English language. These types are known as articles, demonstratives, possessives, and quantifiers.
