a = p*(1 + r/100)^n
a = 7865, p = 6500, n = 2 & r = ?
a/p = (1+r/100)^n
(a/p)^(1/2)=(1+r/100)
[(a/p)^(1/2)]-1=r/100
100*{[(a/p)^(1/2)]-1} = r
100*{[(7865/6500)^(1/2)]-1}=r=10%
