How to download, share and print PDF files

1. Where to find purchased items ?
   All your purchased items are placed in My Orders module. This icon is available in home screen.
2. How to download files in PDF format ?
   The download link in given inside all the pages. Just click download as PDF and the file will be saved as PDF in Offline Content module in home screen.
3. Where to find downloaded PDF files?
   All downloaded PDF files are saved in Offline Content module in home screen. If you are unable to find them inside Offline Content module, go to My Orders module and download them again.
4. How to print or send the PDF files to my PC/Laptop?
   To print or sent the file to PC/Laptop follow these steps:
   Go to offline Content module in home screen.
   Open the PDF file with WPS office.
   You will find Share link on bottom right.
   Share it via email, Google drive, WhatsApp, Bluetooth or Dropbox.
5.  I am unable to find share option when PDF is opened with WPS Office. What to do?
   It seems that your WPS Office app is outdated. Just open playstore app, search for WPS Office and update it. Once done, open the PDF file again. You will find share option there.
6. I am not getting Download as PDF link in any of the page. What to do ?
   You have not updated myCBSEguide App to Latest version. Open google playstore app, search for myCBSEguide app and update it.

How to send referral code, apply coupon and add money to Wallet

1. How to share referral code ?
   Simply tap refer and earn icon on home screen and share the code via whatsapp, email, SMS etc.
2. Why I am not getting any option to enter referral code ?
   The referral code is applicable to new users only. If your mobile number is already registered with us, you will not get option to enter referral code.
3. How to add money to Wallet?
   You cannot add money directly to your Wallet from bank, cards or PayTM. To add money, you should refer this app to your friend with your code.
4. Can I transfer wallet money to bank account?
   No. You can use this inside myCBSEguide app only to purchase our products.
