Chemical Changes: It is a permanent change and is irreversible in nature. Ex: A burning candle release heat energy. Physical changes: It is temporary change and is reversible in nature. It occurs due to - 1. Change in state. 2. Change in colour 3.Change in temperature etc. Ex- Melting of ice.
