As the Lim x is Infinite that means 1/x = 0.

So, let's divide the Nr. & Dr. wit the highest power of x i.e. 3

After this, one may get the equation as (3 - 4/x + 6/x2 - 1/x3)/ (2 + 1/x - 5/x2 + 7/x3) = (3 - 0 + 0 - 0) / (2 + 0 - 0 + 0)

= 3/2 (Answer)
