To answer this, one must know the mediums of incidence & refraction. then the below formula can be used:
<i>n1 * sin A = n2 * sin B</i>
where A is the angle of Incidence & B is the angle of Refration. Also, n1 is the index of refraction for the material the incident light ray is traveling through, and n2 is the index of refraction for the material the refracted light ray is traveling through.
