Ans. \(({x \over (x+1)})^2 - 5 ({x \over (x+1)}) + 6 = 0\)
\(Put \space ({x \over (x+1)}) = y, We \space get \)
=> \(y^2 -5y +6 =0\)
=> \(y^2 - 3y -2y +6 = 0\)
=> \(y(y-3) -2(y-3) = 0\)
=> \((y-3)(y-2) = 0\)
=> y = 3 , 2
Now, \({x\over (x+1) } = 3 \space \space or \space \space {x\over (x+1) } = 2\)
=> x = 3x +3 or x = 2x + 2
=> x = -3/2 or x = -2
Values of x = -3/2, -2
