{tex} - 3\left[ {pq + {p^2}} \right] + 4pq - 2{p^2} + q - 2{/tex}

{tex}on{\rm{ }}\,putting\,{\rm{ }}p = 3{\rm{ }}\,and{\rm{ }}\,q = 2{/tex}

{tex}={\rm{ - 3}}\left[ {3 \times 2 + {{\left( 3 \right)}^2}} \right] + 4 \times 3 \times 2 - 2 \times {\left( 3 \right)^2} + 2 - 2{/tex}

{tex} = - 3\left[ {6 + 9} \right] + 24 - 18{/tex}

{tex} = - 45 + 6{/tex}

{tex} = - 39{/tex}
