Cost of TV in the begining of 2000 = 20,000
In the begining of 2001, the cost was hiked by 5 % . So cost of TV in 2001 = 20,000*105/100 = 21,000
Now cost is reduced by 4 %. So cost of TV in 2002 = 21000*96/100 = 20160
