  • 1 answers

Shalini Singh 1 year, 6 months ago

In Plantation, Assam, The Inland Emigration Act had prohibited people to go out from the place. When they heard of Mahatma Gandhi's Non-cooperation Movement, they thought that Gandhi raj was coming. So they forced their way towards their home through streamers. But ultimately they were caught by British police and brutally beaten up.
