Velocity nahi valency because helium ,neon ,argon are noble gasses and also monoatomic so there valnces are 0

Velocity nhi valency they have 0valency because of there outermost shell is totaly filled with electron Combining capacity is known as valency And their outermost shell is filled so they are stable and not combine with other atom
