Tissue culture also called micropropagation, in which cells or tissue is isolated form the growing tip of the plant called ' explant ' . The explant grows into a undifferentiated mass of cells called callus in proper culture medium. Callus is then transferred to a medium containg hormones for growth and differniciation, that develops into plantlet, plantlets are then transplanted into pot or soil to form mature plants.
