"The land under "pasture" has declined and this decline has put enormous pressure on existing pasturelands. As a result, there is a risk of good quality and optimal quantity of livestock fodder production.
Some of the already known pasture lands are not suitable for cultivation but of poor quality. The cultivation costs are very high in the rest of the existing pasturelands and are therefore only cultivated once or twice in 2 to 3 years."
