The area of a square park is the same as of a rectangular park.if the side of the square park is 66m and the length of the rectangular park is 90m, find the breadth of the rectangular park

Given side of the square park = 66 m
Hence area of square park = side × side
= 66× 66 = 4356 sq m
Given length of rectangular park, l = 90 m
Let the breadth of the rectangular park be "b"
Area of rectangular park = l × b
But given area of rectangular park = area of square park
⇒ 90 × b =4356
⇒ b = 4356/90 = 48.4
Hence breadth of the rectangular park is 48.4 m.
