Whereas Efficiency means the ability of an organisation to make use of resources in the best way by using less input generating more output........

Management is the process of doing things with the aim of achieving goals effectively and efficiently. Effectiveness means doing task and completing it. Whereas efficiency means doing the task by incurring the minimum cost .For a good manager, doing tasks both effectively and efficiently is must.
