Non - democracy is rule by only one people or a group of people where people are not allowed to take part in any social or economic activity

Democracy is the rule of the people.
People choose what is right for them.
It allows people to be free.
Laws are created by the government with a say of the people.
Freedom and rights of the people are respected.
People have freedom of speech.
People are free to live as they wish.

Non-Democracy  is the rule of government.
The government decides what is right for the people.
dominates the people.
Laws  are created by the government, with no say of the people.
Personal freedom and rights of the people are sacrificed. 
People have no voice.
Controls the life of people.
