As we know that pollen grains have a hard outer layer which is known as exine ....so as it is hard...when pollen grain will be landing on stigma then pollen tube will be formed so that it could release male gametes in female body....and there are some regions where exine is absent so that pollen tube could be formed..this region is nothing but germpore.....hope u would understand my words
