Perimeter of rectangle = 52 cm
Length L = 6 m
Breadth = b
Perimeter of rectangle = 2l + 2b
2(6) + 2b = 52
12 + 2b =52
2b = 52 - 12
2b = 40
b = 40/2
b = 20 m
Area of rectangle = length × breadth = 6 × 20 = 120 m2
