Format of notice does not change with advancing classes, so you've a need to remember it.....

However u need to know it is one of the easiest ways to score 4 marks in english. So let's go stepwise........

  1. First of all start with a box. If u miss this u loose a mark. In fact I suggest u draw a box for everything in the writing section. Better be safe.
  2. On the first line write name of institution and address in the center in capital letters.
  3. Leave a line and write the word notice in capital letters in the center.
  4. Leave a line and write date in the left side.
  5. In the next line write the heading or topic in regular letters.
  6. Then start your notice. Mind it to be straight forward and informative. See that u have supplied all the necessary information. Should not take more than 5 lines. 6 at the max. End with “for more information contact……”
  7. Leave a line and write 'our full name as signature under it your designation.                                                        That's It......
