Let the common multiple be x

As per question the ratio is 1:2:3

so the required no. be  300x+20x+x

On reversing the digits the no. would be 100x+20x+3x

300x+20x+x-( 100x+20x+3x)=594

300x+20x+x- 100x-20x-3x=594

200x-2x=594

x=3

so the required no. be  300x+20x+x= 900+60+3

=963

To check

963-369=594
