Let the ll sides be x and y....... perimeter=x+y+18+22=x+y+40=104....... x+y=60 area=1/2(x+y)h =1/2(60)16=480 m^2

Let sum of non-parallel sides be (a+b). Perimeter=104m. a+b+22+18=104. a+b=104-40. (a+b)=64. Area=(height(a+b)1/2)=(16×64×1/2) =512m^2.
