Total debt + shareholders fund = total liability Total liability = 3900000+1500000=5400000 Total liability= total assets Working capital = current assets - current liability 1300000= 2200000- current liability Current liability= 900000 Debt = total debt - current liability =3900000-900000= 3000000 Total assets to debt ratio= 5400000/3000000= 1.8:1
