In any country, a human resource is more important than any other resource. This is because it is only the human race which can access any other resource because of the intelligence that they possess. But in India, though there is a large population , the literary rate is very low. So, inspite of the large population it is still underdeveloped

Because most of the persons of this population are not aware, literate, healthy. And a country can only be develop when its population is aware, literate and healthy. In case of India 's population these three things are not present because of poor facilities and unawareness in people
