Mass of sphere =m, radius =r
Moment of Inertia =2/5Mr^2
Total energy =Kr+Kt
K(total)=(half (0.7into I into square of omega) + (half into m into square of v)
. =1/2 into 2/5 m into square of r into (v^2/r^2) + 1/2 mv^2
. (since,v=r ✖ omega)
K(total)= 1/2 ✖ (7/5)mv^2
. K(total) =(1/2)*(7/5)*m*v^2
. =(0.7)*m*v^2
. =0.7*50*5^2
. =875 Joules ⬅ Ans.
