I know it is lengthy but ....if u will read it step by step u will find it....easy

And after finding nth term multiply nth terms of both of them...then u will get....n(n^2) which will give u n^3 and then...taking summation ....as sigma n^3 apply formula and u will get answer

As given in question.....1×2^2 + 2×3^2...firstly separate the no.s in multiplication ....u can write....(1+2+3........)(2^2 + 3^2 + 4^2.........)then find nth term of each...u will get nth term of (1+2+3.....)=n and nth term of other one will be....n^2
