How can we prove that a paralleogram and a tranangle having same base and between same parallel lines then area of triangle is half the area of paralleogram? I am having trouble doing it mathematically. And how can we do it in an activity form?

It is so easy prabal, do it by considering the same height of the parallelogram and triangle both. Then do it by using the formula 1/2 X b X h and for parallelogram base X height. I hope you can do it but if you can't then tell me I will give you solution
