Monera Protista
1) Monera are unicellular organism's having prokaryotic cellular structure. 1) Protista are also unicellular organisms though possess eukaryotic cellular organisation.
2) Cellular organelles are absent. 2) Well defined as well membrane-bounded cellular organelles are present.
3) Monera are simple in structure, with no complexity. 3) Protista are complex in structure.
4) Mode of reproduction is asexual by binary fission or budding. 4) Mode of reproduction  is both Asexual (binary fission or multiple fission) or sexual.
5) Example: Mycobacteria, Bacillus, Sporohalobacter, Clostridium, Halobacterium. 5) Example: Green algae, red algae, slime molds, euglena, and water molds are the examples of protists.
