Let archana age be 5x and amit age be 4x Therefore, 4x= 4 years 8months 4x= 4*12months(1year)+8months 4x=(48+8) months 4x=56 months X=56/4months X=14 monthS Hence age of archana js 5(14)=70 months Therefore age of archana in years = 70/12(1year)=5 years 10 months
