No, you cannot give the class 12th improvment exam twice. As it is clearly mentioned in the CBSE guideline that thecandidate can give the class 12th improvment exam in the year just after he had given his CBSE 12th board exam.

Suppose you had given your 12th boards in 2018 then you can give your improvment exam in 2019 only not in 2020….
