1. Arteries carry oxygenated blood. Veins carry deoxygenated blood. 2. Arteries has thick wall. Vein has thin wall. 3. Valve is absent in arteries. Valve is present in vein. 4. Arteries are deeply seated. Veins are superficial. 5. Arteries bring back blood from different organs. Veins collects blood from different organs of body.

ARTERIES 1 have thick & elastic walls 2 carry blood under high pressure 3 carry blood away from heart 4 are deeply seated in body 5 carry oxiginated blood except pulmonary artrie VEINS opposite of all 5 points
