Stars twinkle through atmospheric refraction. The continuously changing atmosphere refracts the light from stars by different amount from one moment to another Star light reaching our eyes increase as well as decrease continuously. Thus stars twinkle. But the continuously changing atmosphere is unable to cause variations in light coming from big sized planet because of which planets do not twinkle. Hope you understand @HarshitJoshiHJ2
