pepsin and tripsin both produced by pancres but pepsin is produce or release un stomach and act in acidic medium whereas trypsin is produce or released in small intestine and act in basic medium.
Pepsin produce in stomach whereas trypsin produced by pancreas. Pepsin acts in acidic medium on the other hand trypsin act in basic medium
