The Golgi apparatus packages proteins into vesicles inside of the cell before sending them to their destinations.
If there is no Golgi apparatus then the packaging and transporting of materials synthesized by cell will not happen.
The proteins would float around not knowing where to go.
Other cells and organs in the body wouldn't function properly because they didn't receive the products from the Golgi.
The plasma membrane would be affected because it needs to be able to grow larger for cell division.
