Who is Dr kemp

Kemp is referred here as a doctor . He continued his studies in hope of being admitted to "The Royal Fellows". His own experiments with science enabled to listen sensibly to Griffin, in spite of being rather contemptuous of his fellow citizens his common sense n decency prevented him from being Griffins partner. He was a cool headed person when the war begin.Without Kemp's help to the police, Griffin would have been more successful in his reign of terror. As Griffin tells Kemp his whole story, Kemp knows his weakness and he doesn't hesitate to exploit them. He is smart and quick to action. After Griffin escapes he explains to Adye how they can capture him. However he also makes a no. of bad decisions. He sends out a note to the police, without thinking that the invisible man might attack his housekeeper.
