There are will be two lines passing through (2,-2) and making angle of 45 degree with given line x - y +5 = 0 forming diagram of isosceles triangle. slope of given line = tan theta = 1 , that means it is making an angle of 45 degree with positive X axis in anticlockwise direction. The first line passing through (2,-2) which is making 45 with given line will be parallel to X axis and it's equation will be Y = - 2. Other line will be parallel to Y axis and it's equation will be X = 2
