How we can prove gauss law from coulomb law and vice versa

Ans. From Gauss's Law

$φ_{e} = \oint \overset{⇀}{E .} \overset{⇀}{d s} = \frac{q}{\in_{0}}$

Since $\overset{⇀}{E}$ and $\overset{⇀}{d s}$ are in same direction,

$φ_{e} = \oint E . d s = \frac{q}{\in_{0}}$

or

$φ_{e} = E \oint d s = \frac{q}{\in_{0}}$

=> $E = \frac{1}{4 π r^{2}} \frac{q}{\in_{0}}$

if a charge $q_{0}$ is placed at a point where E is calculated, then

$F = \frac{q q_{0}}{4 π \in_{0} r^{2}}$ Which is coulomb's law
