Dendrite : a short branched extension of a nerve cell, along which impulses received from other cells at synapses are transmitted to the cell body.

Mucous : Mucous is a normal, slippery and stringy fluid substance produced by many lining tissues in the body.

Dendrite are the part of neuron.it receives the message from our body like as - if anybody pinch you then you suddenly back your hand just because of the dendrite of neuron accept this message and transfer this from neuron to neuron reached to brain and then brain answer to remove your hand Mucous is the inner layer present in our stomach to protect the skin from HCL acid(our food change into an HCl acid after reaching in our stomach) and also presents in others
