This is a news of relief who has lost their credentials as the governing body of education has introduced simple process to obtain it again. A candidate can obtain a Duplicate pass certificate on payment of the prescribed fee and submission of an application on a prescribed form in the event of loss\/theft\/mutilation of the original certificate provided that an affidavit is filed to that effect before an official not below the rank of a first class Magistrate\/Notary Public or a Member of the Governing Body of the Board.<\/p>\n

\"Duplicate<\/p>\n

Further the person requesting for duplicate or triplicate certificate would notify the loss\/theft\/mutilation of the certificate through a press note \/ advertisement in a leading newspaper and shall submit the press clipping to the Board alongwith application and the affidavit.<\/p>\n

The application form can be downloaded from the Board website\u00a0www.cbse.nic.in Forms<\/strong><\/a>.<\/p>\n

Procedure to obtain Duplicate pass certificate<\/strong><\/p>\n

Log in to the official website to download the form.<\/p>\n

Then you have to notify of your lost certificate.<\/p>\n

Then you have to file an affidavit on Non-Judicial Stamp paper of INR 10.<\/p>\n

Now fill the application form with the required details.<\/p>\n

And after that submit it to the CBSE Regional Office.<\/p>\n

After this process your duplicate certificate will be issued to you after 2 weeks from the date \u00a0\u00a0of application.<\/p>\n

You are required to collect your Duplicate pass certificate from the CBSE office.<\/p>\n

Certificate name – if an applicant is applying for duplicate certificate then he must write ”Duplicate Passing Certificate”<\/p>\n

Name of the applicants school<\/p>\n

Date of Birth (mentioned in cbse record)<\/p>\n

Details of demand draft<\/p>\n

Signature of applicant<\/p>\n
