<\/p>\nIf you have scored 473\/500 (best five) in CBSE class 12 Board exam in March 2013, you are eligible to apply for CBSE Scholarship for Higher Education (SHE). CBSE is sending letter to all such students who falls within top 1% of the CBSE class 12 board exam 2013. The letters are being sent to the concerned schools. Students can collect them from their school principal.<\/p>\n
The Department of Science and Technology (DST), Ministry of Science and Technology, Government of India awards CBSE Scholarship for Higher Education (SHE) under Innovation in Science Pursuit for Inspired Research (INSPIRE) to the students who are within the top 1% at Class XII examination conducted by the Board during the academic session ending March\/April 2013.<\/p>\n

The candidates of Central Board of Secondary Education, Delhi who have passed Class XII Examination 2013 and are within top1% (Cut-off score 473 marks excluding 6th Additional subject) are eligible for the CBSE Scholarship.<\/p>\n
Letters to eligible Candidates along with \u201cAdvisory Note to the Candidates for Eligibility in Scholarship for Higher Education (SHE) Component under INSPIRE Scheme\u201d have been sent through email to the schools\u00a0from where they studied Class XII during the academic session ending March\/April 2013. The candidates may collect the same from the school Principal.<\/p>\n

Performance in top 1% in Class XII Board Examination and enrollment into education in Basic and Natural Science courses at B.Sc.\/Integrated M.Sc. or M.S. levels qualify eligibility automatically for CBSE Scholarship for Higher Education of GOI valued at Rs. 80,000 per year for five years.<\/p>\n
\u00a0\u00a0This scheme offers 10,000 scholarships every year @ Rs.80,000\/- each for undertaking Bachelor and Masters level education in the Natural & Basic sciences, possessing any of the following criteria:<\/p>\n
[A<\/em>]<\/td>\n| \n | Students who happen to be among the top 1% in 12th standard at their respective Board Examinations and are pursuing courses in Natural and Basic sciences at the B.Sc. or Integrated M.Sc. levels. Courses are not included other than Natural and Basic sciences in the current scheme in view of the focus on research in Basic sciences.<\/p>\n \n<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n [B<\/em>]<\/td>\n | \n | Students who have secured in the Joint Entrance Examination of IIT top 10,000 ranks, AIEEE (top 10,000 ranks) plus those clearing AIPMT (top 10,000 ranks), and who also opt to study Natural and Basic sciences in any academic institute or university leading to graduate and post-graduate degree, would be eligible for scholarship.<\/p>\n \n<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n [C<\/em>]<\/td>\n | \n | Students admitted to Indian Institute of Science Education and Research (IISER), National Institute of Science Education and Research (NISER), Department of Atomic Energy Centre for Basic Sciences (DAE-CBS) at the University of Mumbai or happen to be Kishore Vaigyanik Protsahan Yojana (KVPY), National Talent Search Examination (NTSE), Jagadish Bose National Science Talent Search (JBNSTS) scholars and Science Olympiad Medalists, opting to undertake courses in the Natural & Basic sciences leading to B.Sc. and M.Sc. degrees are eligible for\u00a0“SHE”\u00a0<\/span><\/a>scholarship.<\/p>\n<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":" |
