RPVV Admission Notice 2016-17 Available Here<\/a>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n \n ELIGIBILITY FOR REGISTRATION FOR ADMISSION\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n All the students who have studied continuously for at least TWO<\/strong> years in Delhi\u00a0Government \/ Government Aided\/ MCD\/ NDMC of Delhi Cantonment Board Schools\u00a0situated in GNCT of Delhi preceding the class to which admission is sought with\u00a0at least 60% marks in class VIII are eligible for Registration for Entrance Test.<\/p>\n (However, if the result is in form of Grades, then the applicant will produce a certificate\u00a0issued by the Head of School from where the student has passed Class- VIVIfl certifying\u00a0that the total %age of marks was not less than 60% while converting marks into grades).<\/p>\n A student can get himself\/herself registered in one RPVV only as per his\/her\u00a0choice of RPVY where he\/she desires admission. No request for change of RPVV\u00a0shall be entertained in any case\/stage. Hence all the applicants are advised to get\u00a0themselves registered at the RPVV of their choice for Entrance Test where he\/she\u00a0desires admission.<\/p>\n A certificate and mark sheet of class passed (Class-IV as well as Class- V) \/ (Cless-V as\u00a0well as Class- VI) duly attested by the Principal\/Head of the School from where the\u00a0applicant has passed Class-V\/VIII to check their eligibility for registration beforehand.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n \n Admission Criteria eligibility for Admission in class X, XI, XII<\/strong><\/p>\n Admission in class X<\/strong> Admission in class XI<\/strong> Admission in class XII <\/strong> GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS<\/strong><\/p>\n ENTRANCE TEST PROCESSING FEE\u00a0(ONLY FOR CLASS-IX)<\/strong> Registration shall be made in only one RPVV where the applicant is interested in Admission in Class \u2013 XI and Registration form will be purchased only from that RPVV. No request for change of school \/ change of medium \/ change of stream will be entertained at any stage.<\/p>\n Copy of certificate and marks\/Grades sheet of class \u2013 IX AND X passed respectively, duly attested by the Principal\/ Head of the school last attended should be submitted at the time of registration.<\/p>\n The applicants are also advised to check their eligibility for registration before buying the Registration form. The Directorate of Education\/RPVV will not be responsible for any kind of in-eligibility of the applicant at any stage and the applicant can not claim for Admission in case in-eligibility is detected at any stage.<\/p>\n Registration will be opened for external candidates by individual RPVVs only if there are seats available after admitting all the eligible candidates of their own school strictly as per the Merit List.<\/p>\n STREAM-WISE ELIGIBILITY FOR REGISTRATION<\/strong><\/p>\n The will be a separate Merit\/Draw for HINDI\/ENGLISH medium sections and no request for change of medium of instruction will be entertained at any stage.<\/p>\n A. ELIGIBILTY FOR SCIENCE STREAM<\/strong><\/p>\n Minimum Grades required for registration:<\/strong><\/p>\n Maths B1(71-80%)<\/p>\n Science B1(71-80%)<\/p>\n English C1(51-60%)<\/p>\n Remaining Two Subjects C2(41-50%)<\/p>\n (Other than additional subject)<\/p>\n MERIT CRITERIA FOR ADMISSION:<\/strong><\/p>\n Eligible students with higher grades in Mathematics, Science and English will get higher raking in the Merit List and admission will be offered strictly on the basis of Merit thus formed. For example, a student with A1 grade each in Mathematics, Science and English will get highest ranking in the Merit List.<\/p>\n B. ELIGIBILTY FOR COMMERCE STREAM<\/strong><\/p>\n Minimum Grades required of registration:<\/strong><\/p>\n Maths B1(71-80%)<\/p>\n Social Science B1(71-80%)<\/p>\n English C2(41-50%)<\/p>\n Other Two Subjects C2(41-50%) in each<\/p>\n (Other than additional subject)<\/p>\n MERIT CRITERIA FOR ADMISSION:<\/strong><\/p>\n Eligible students with higher grades in Mathematics, Social Science and English will get higher ranking in the Merit List and admission will be offered strictly on the basis of Merit thus formed. ELIGIBILTY FOR HUMANITIES STREAM <\/strong><\/p>\n Minimum Grades required for registration:<\/strong><\/p>\n C1 Grade (51-60%) in each of the five subjects excluding additional subject.<\/p>\n D. ELIGIBILTY FOR VOCATIONAL STREAM<\/strong><\/p>\n (Information Technology Application)<\/strong><\/p>\n Minimum Grades required for registration:<\/strong><\/p>\n C1 Grade (51-60%) in each of the five subjects excluding additional subject.<\/p>\n MERIT CRITERIA FOR ADMISSION:<\/strong><\/p>\n FOR HUNANITIES AND VOCATIONAL STEAM:<\/strong><\/p>\n Merit list for Admission in Humanities and Vocational Stream will be prepared on the basis of Merit of CGPA of the candidates registered.<\/p>\n FOR ALL STREAMS (SCIENCE, COMMERCE, HUMMANITIES, VOCATIONAL)<\/strong><\/p>\n In case of candidates getting same rank in the priority category of Merit List, the selection will be done on the basis of CGPA (Cumulative Grade Point Average) of such candidates i.e. candidates with higher CGPA in the same priority of Merit will get higher position. \n<\/strong><\/p>\n
\n(a) Those students (Male & Female) who have passed IX or class VIII (with one year gap) from Govt\/Govt aided\/recognized school or failed in class X are eligible for class X Admission. OR Those students (Male & Female) who have studied upto class IX privately, can seek admission on the basis of Affidavit.<\/p>\n
\nStudent must have passed matriculation \/ highschool\/ secondary school examination from a recognized board\/university or any other equivalent examination.<\/p>\n
\n(a) Those student (Male & Female) who have passed class XI or its equivalent examination from recognized school\/ board after having passed class X examination from a recognized board\/ University. OR Those students (Male & Female) may seek admission directly to class XII having atleast one year gap after passing class X exam from recognized board or failed in class XI, on the basis of affidavit.
\n(b) Students who have failed in class XII or equivalent examination from a recognized board\/ University are eligible for admission to class XI<\/p>\n
\n<\/strong><\/p>\n
\nAn amount of Rs.25\/- (Rupees Twenty Five Only) in cash (NON-REFUNDABLE)
\nagainst the processing fee for Entrance Test will be deposited by the appiicant(s) for
\nRegistration for Entrance Test in Class-IX only at the lime of submission of Registration
\nForm to the concerned RPVV.<\/p>\n
