Instruction for Submission of List of Candidates (LOC) for Class XII for Examination 2011<\/strong><\/p>\n

  1. From academic session 2010-11 onwards, List of Candidates (LOC) for Class XII for Examination 2011 has to be made on-line through the website www.cbse.nic.in<\/a> and it is mandatory to submit List of Candidates (LOC) on-line for Class XII. The link \u2018Online List of Candidates for Class XII for Examination 2011<\/strong>\u2019 may be clicked in the website www.cbse.nic.in<\/a> and instructions given may be followed.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
      \n
    1. List of Candidates (LOC) (light green form) shall not be sent by the Regional Office to the school w.e.f. 2010-11 sessions.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
        \n
      1. The schools affiliated with CBSE upto Sr. Secondary level (Class XII) shall submit the details of those candidates who are on roll in Class XII for the academic session 2010-11 in the school.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

          (*)<\/strong>15 days grace time in place of 7 days\u00a0 for receipt of Final List of Candidates (LOC) will be allowed to the schools belonging to remote areas viz. Arunachal Pradesh, Assam, Manipur, Meghalaya, Mizoram, Nagaland, Sikkim, Tripura, Lahaul and Spiti District and Pangi sub division of Chamba District of Himachal Pradesh, Andaman & Nicobar Island, Lakshadweep and schools in foreign countries.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

          These dates shall be applicable for all years. In case the dates mentioned above fall on a holiday\/ Saturday\/Sunday, next working day shall be applicable.<\/p>\n

          1. On-line submission of List of Candidates (LOC) shall be closed after last date and no List of Candidates (LOC) shall be accepted after the last date.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

            1. Receipt of details of List of Candidates (LOC) shall be acknowledged by the Regional Office only after the receipt of fee in the shape of Demand Draft.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

              1. In the interest of their own candidates, Schools are advised to start submitting details on-line as per Instructions given on the website www.cbse.nic.in<\/a> and take necessary steps so that <\/strong>computer generated details of List of Candidates (LOC) along with fee in the shape of Demand Draft<\/strong>reach Regional Office before the last dates and to avoid the possibility of dis-connection \/ inability \/ failure to log on to the Board\u2019s website on account of heavy load on internet \/ website jam.<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

                    1. Only Registered schools are permitted to login.<\/li>\n
                    2. For login, you may use your affiliation number<\/strong> as user-ID<\/strong> and password<\/strong> as given by you at the time of \u201cRegistration of Class IX\/ XI candidates for 2010-11 online\u2019<\/strong><\/li>\n
                    3. You are advised to keep changing the Password at frequent intervals to avoid misuse.<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

                      1. Submission of details of Candidates for List of Candidates (LOC) :<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
                          \n
                        1. The schools shall submit carefully and meticulously the details of each candidate on roll during academic session 2010-11 in Class XII as per the details available in the Admission and Withdrawal register of the School.<\/li>\n
                        2. The date on which the candidate\u2019s details are entered shall determine the fee to be paid by the candidate and shall be generated automatically by the computer.<\/li>\n
                        3. After submission of details of each candidate, two buttons shall be displayed as per details below:<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
