  • Sloths are mammal. They are mostly herbivorous. They are fed on buds, tender shoots and leaves. They have made extraordinary adaptations to an arboreal lifestyle.

    Sloths have short, flat heads, big eyes, short snouts, stout body, long limbs and tiny ears. Their long claws are their defence against predators. Sloths move very slowly and only when it is necesseary. their specialized hands and feet have long curved claws to allow them to hang upside down from branches without effort.

If Nitin takes 14 hours 30 minutes and reaches at 5:55am then at what time did he start

Posted by Sangeeta Bhargava (Mar 19, 2017 12:58 p.m.) (Question ID: 4111)

  • Answers:
  • Nitin takes 14 hours 30 minutes and reaches at 5:55am.

    We will have to go back 14 hrs 44 min from 5.55 am. Then firstly,

    We go back 5 hours from 5.55 am, then it was the time 00.55 am.

    Again, We go back 5 hours from 00.55 am, then it was the time 7.55 pm of previous day.

    Again, We go back 4 hours from 7.55 pm, then it was the time 3.55 pm of previous day.

    Again, We go back 30 minutes from 3.55 9m, then it was the time 3.25 pm of previous day.

    That means Nitin started at 3.25 om on previous day.

  • Find prime factors of 120

    120= 2*2*2*3*5

    180=2*2*3*3*5

    Multiply each factor the greater number of times it occurs in steps 1 and 2 to find the LCM

    LCM=2*2*2*3*3*5 = 360
