{tex}= (3x)^2+(2\times 3x\times 1)+(1)^2-25y^2{/tex} [using {tex}(a+b)^2 = a^2+2ab+b^2{/tex}]
{tex}= (3x+1)^2-(5y)^2{/tex}
{tex}= (3x+1-5y)(3x+1+5y){/tex} [using {tex}a^2-b^2 = (a+b)(a-b)]{/tex}
